It’s completely disassembled to prepare for the DEFCO fenders, bedsides, hood and bumpers. Each panel is massaged to fit precisely with proper gaps. During the suspension addition, all factory non painted parts such as U-joints, Drive shafts and misc brackets are removed, prepped and painted chassis black so not to rust. Our award winning team also produces some of the finest custom cars and has many magazine cover cars and SEMA builds to its credit. Once the panels have passed our quality control process, the entire exterior of the truck is painted back to the factory color with extra coats of clear, then highly polished to a show quality finish. Bumpers are heavily modified to perfectly align with the new DEFCO fenders. Rigid lights fill the bumpers and optional rock lights light up the wheel wells at night.
