2018 DODGE CHALLENGER SRT DEMON This 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is serial number 2948 of approximately 3,300 examples built for the model year. This Demon has only 214 miles and is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V8 mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The 6.2-liter Hemi V8 features an IHI twin-screw supercharger and was factory-rated at up to 808 horsepower and 717 lb-ft of torque on premium fuel or up to 840 horsepower and 770 lb-ft on 100-octane fuel when enabled by the race-tuned ECU included in the Demon Crate. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car is equipped with Drag Mode and Launch Assist settings, which alter the engine management profiles and activate the transbrake and line-lock functions. The car is finished in Granite and is equipped with widebody fender flares, matte black front and rear spoilers, an Air Grabber hood, Air Catcher headlights, and dual rectangular exhaust outlets. Black 18×11″ aluminum wheels are mounted with Demon-branded 315/40 Nitto NT05R drag radial tires showing 2017 date codes. Stopping power is provided by four-piston Brembo calipers with slotted rotors at all four corners. The car is equipped with an active-damping suspension as well as electronic stability and traction control systems. The cabin features heated and ventilated front seats covered in optional Demon-branded black Laguna leather with Alcantara inserts and white stitching. A heated multifunction steering wheel is wrapped in Alcantara with white stitching and sits ahead of silver paddle shifters and a black dashboard. Instrumentation includes a tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, and a digital display. Amenities include an optional 60/40 split-folding rear seat, dual-zone automatic climate control, an 18-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, a rearview camera, and Uconnect infotainment with an 8.4-inch touchscreen and navigation.
