Prior to being offered for sale, our vehicles undergo a general inspection intended to identify visible or obvious safety and operational concerns. However, because these are used vehicles, our inspection is limited in scope and is not equivalent to a manufacturer or franchise dealer multi-point inspection.
Our inspection process does not include disassembly of components or testing every mechanical, electrical, or fluid system within the vehicle. Certain components, systems, or fluids may not be inspected or may not show signs of potential failure at the time of inspection.
Due to the nature of pre-owned vehicles, normal wear, hidden conditions, or mechanical issues may exist or may develop after purchase, even if they were not detected during our inspection. For this reason, True Car Jax cannot guarantee that a vehicle will be free from future repairs or maintenance needs.
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle themselves and/or obtain an independent pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic prior to completing the purchase.
To help provide additional peace of mind, extended service contracts (vehicle service agreements) are available for purchase on most vehicles.
For transparency, we provide a Carfax Vehicle History Report for each vehicle so customers can review reported history information before making a purchasing decision.
