2005 Porsche 911 Carrera 997.1 Available now from The Group B in Miami, Florida is this nicely spec'd early 997 carrera. Finished in very desirable speed yellow this 997.1 has been driven and enjoyed since new and now shows just over 105k miles. This car is fitted with black leather power seats and optional yellow seat belts. Additional factory equipment includes a power sunroof, cruise control, automatic climate control, power accessories, an onboard computer, 6-disc changer, and more. Our Porsche 911 is mostly stock. The engine and transmission are all stock. Suspension has been replaced by the previous owner with BC racing coilovers to lower the ride height while gaining better handling characteristics and definetly providing the perfect stance to make the OEM+ look complete. The car is equipped with 19″ Carrera Classic five-spoke alloy wheels, which are currently mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. on the rear and bridgestone tires on the front. Curb rash is noted on all four wheels. Brake calipers were recently refreshed and look absolutely stunning behing the carrera classic wheels. The stock exhaust was replaced with a techart exhaust and sounds really nice throughout the rev band. Recently the car had a full tune up. Items addressed included new spark plugs, new coil packs, fresh oil and filter change, a brand new battery, and a transmission flush. The 3.6 Liter motor has not undergone the IMS replacement however prior to the sale we did a compression test which came out perfect as well as a bore scope to reveal no damage on any of the cylinder walls. When the car is cold the transmission engages perfectly in all gears however 4th gear makes a small noise. Once the car is fully warmed up and driven for a few minutes it no longer makes any noise. Watch the video to see how the car drives. The front brakes will need to be serviced soon. Interior looks good for its age there is some bolster wear on the driver side but the seats are all powered and have no rips or tears. The entire interior is all original. Everything inside works as it should the car has ice cold ac and functional heater. Original radio is still present and has some distortion in the center but does not affect functionality.
