This is a 2003 Lexington, by Forest River Class B+, model MRB1.3 It is on a Ford E450 Chassis. It has the 6.8 L V10, with 72,085 miles. It is approximately 24 feet bumper-to-bumper. Stickers are decent with no curling or lifting. There are some small cracks. The tires are 2 years old, there is an outside awning, like new. An on-board Onan 4000 generator, with 219 hours. Interior has passenger side couch/child's bed, driver side dinette/bed, with walkway in between. It does not make it into one king size bed. 74 x 54 passenger side rear corner bed There’s a 2-way refrigerator, TV, DVD with power inverter. convection style microwave, 3 burner cooktop, furnace, water heater, bathroom, with shower. Roof top A/C unit. A very nice unit for your RV adventure.
