Shown here is a Defender 90 factory-built Highlander Edition from Land Rover.
The Highlander was the top of the range limited series featuring factory options including Epsom Green Metallic paint, 16' five spoke alloy wheels, 265/75R16 tires, body-colored roof and fender flares, sunroof, tinted glass, a model specific upholstery, and model specific graphics. Interior upholstery has been updated and the factory standard Highlander option cassette car radio (with removable face plate!) and alarm have been removed. Land Rover dealers were selling the top of the line model in 1998 for 159,200 Francs. We found this beautiful spec in the dry climate warm climate of Corsica. Originally sold on March 17, 1998 and purchased by Car Cave in late 2023 from a Monsieur Landolfini. Monsieur Landolfini provided extensive service
