This Defender was completely restored from the frame up by Brooklyn Coachworks, starting with stripping the body and chassis down and having them hot dip galvanized and E coated. The entire drivetrain and suspension are gone through and rebuilt using as many Land Rover parts as possible. Upgrades are made when warranted, like a switch to four wheel disc brakes and adding power steering, while leaving the rugged character intact. The interior is finished in leather with a square quilt pattern, and air conditioning and a Sony head unit with a touchscreen are welcome additions. This Defender is further fitted with extended leather surfaces, rear jump seats, a center console with cupholders, accessory floor mats, a Warn winch and heavy duty brush guard, side steps, a rear step bumper, Wolf steel wheels with BFGoodrich tires, a wood and aluminum steering wheel and much more.
