Message from the seller

1995 Ford Mustang GT Convertible The Ford Mustang was officially unveiled by Henry Ford II at the World's Fair in Flushing Meadows, New York, on April 17, 1964. That same day, the new car also debuted in Ford showrooms across America and almost 22,000 Mustangs were immediately snapped up by buyers. Named for a World War II fighter plane, the Mustang was one of the first vehicles that came to be known as a pony car. Ford sold more than 400,000 Mustangs within its first year of production, far exceeding sales expectations. For consignment, a 1995 Ford Mustang GT convertible showing 69,866 miles, but the true miles are unknown. This GT has a Cervini body kit, a supercharger, GT40 heads and headers, and a striking custom exterior and interior. Exterior A Cervini Stalker body kit is bathed with white body panels topped with black top surfaces that run along the shoulder line, delineated with a brown stripe that takes in the V-shaped accent on the door. A pair of Naca ducts sit atop the hood and smoked headlights add to a custom and somewhat sinister look. In the open grille is the familiar galloping horse, almost invisible in black. Rocker panel cladding and an enlarged quarter panel duct adorn the profile of this unique ride. On the back, aero designed tail lights framed in black are mounted just below the trunk deck that sports a spoiler. On top is a black canvas convertible top, and when it's down a black sculpted plastic tonneau with dual bumps for the seats covers the rear passenger area and gives this car an even sportier look. 18-inch FR500 replica wheels in chrome are on all 4 corners and are wrapped with 265/35ZR18's in front and 285/35ZR18's with an early 2024 date code. Imperfections include some scuffs on the front bumper cover including a patch of missing paint. Interior Standard sculpted two tone doors are molded from saddle and black vinyl with all controls neatly embedded into the armrest. Slipping inside some two tone leather with saddle uppers and bolsters, and black tuck and roll inserts. These are high backed buckets in front, and a 2+2 bench in the back. A center console races past the buckets, on the way forward houses a rounded saddle armrest and glovebox, switches for the top and fog lighting, and up in front just below the dash the T-shifter. This magically melts into the dash center where it rises housing the stereo, temp knobs, and a CD player. Above the center stack are dual Kenne Bell gauges for boost and fuel pressure, then dual rounded coves radiate from the center and these create the instrument cluster on drivers side, and glovebox and upper dash front for the passenger, all in two tone black and saddle. Tan clean carpeting covers the floors and the trunk is finished in gray cloth panels and flooring. Drivetrain To the heart of the matter, and as the hood is opened it reveals a nifty airbrushed eagle artwork looking down on to the mill. This mill is not your typical 5.0 liter as it has EFI and a Ford Racing supercharger. Our consignor states this puts out 400hp and it's mated to an AODE 4-speed automatic transmission with a shift kit routing power to the 8.8 inch rear with 2.73 gears and TracLoc. GT40 heads and headers also add to the ponies and all is looking good under this hood. Aerospace power disc brakes are equipped front and rear. Undercarriage Driver quality underneath with some typical surface rust but otherwise dirt free and dry. Independent coil springs for the front, and a 4 link with coil springs for the back provide the suspension components. Upgraded shocks and brakes along with frame stiffeners and HP anti sway bars provide the handling for this beauty. The exhaust flows from headers into a pair of FlowMaster mufflers, and then the square chrome tips find an exit point through the extended rear valance. Drive-Ability We take this pony out of the stable to find impressive power from the blown five liter and a very nice exhaust note from the dual tips
