This 1991 Mercedes-Benz began life as a Euro-spec 300CE and was modified by Mosselman Turbo Systems of Belgium. Designated the “300CR Silver Arrow Bi-Turbo,” the car was imported from Japan earlier this year by the selling dealer and features widened bodywork finished in Brilliant Silver over a black interior equipped with buffalo leather Recaro A8 seats. The 3.0-liter inline-six has been fitted with twin Garrett T25 turbochargers and is paired with a dogleg five-speed manual transmission, and additional features include a carbon fiber front lip and rear spoiler, NACA-style air ducts, air conditioning, and aftermarket alloy wheels. Work in October 2020 reportedly included overhauling the engine with a rebuilt cylinder head and replacement head gasket, rod bearings, piston rings, valves, guides, and seals. This 300CR Silver Arrow is now being offered by the selling dealer with clear title, a tool kit, Mosselman promotional material, Sabelt four-point harnesses, Mercedes-Benz owner’s manuals, service records beginning in April 2007, magazines featuring the vehicle. The body is finished in Brilliant Silver and features a front bumper and fenders sourced from a 500E, along with widened rear fender flares and NACA-style intake ducts mounted ahead of the rear wheels.
