Used 1979 MG MGB

Check out this one owner Southern California time capsule! It’s not everyday that one of these comes in with every record since new and having a true MG enthusiast as it’s care taker for 45 years. This one is finished in Brooklands Green with Autumn Leaf vinyl interior per the included Heritage Certificate and original window sticker. It was professionally repainted in 2012 and still looks like brand new! The original Rostyle wheels were restored and external options include a newer Black soft top, matching Tonneau and boot cover, dual chrome mirrors and an upgraded front chin spoiler from a Limited Edition model which really adds a great look to the front end! Under the hood sits the matching number 1.8 Liter engine with just over 99k original documented miles that runs amazing and passes the difficult California emissions test without issue. The 4 speed manual transmission shifts with ease and takes you back to the feeling of driving a fun little sportscar through the winding mountain roads or up the Coast. The interior is original with it’s headrest bucket seats and still retains it’s factory steering wheel, AM/FM Cassette Stereo, seat belts and factory Smiths gauges all in working order. This California car still has it’s original personalized Blue license plates including the original selling dealers plate frames from Whittlesey Motors in Torrance California. A few extras include a few sets of keys including the originals, matching spare tire, car cover with storage bag, a few spare parts for servicing and a stack of records with brochures and advertisements from back in the day.
