43,000 original miles (validated as authentic on the title) with excellent body with incredibly good original blue paint, very good Autumn leaf interior, new wood steering wheel and dashboard. VERY clean with no rust on floors, sills, rockers, etc. Mechanically excellent with the further advantage of having perfect working overdrive (fitted to only 15% of MGBs, probably far fewer working today), the most sought after factory option. Also has wire wheels (fairly rare on late model MGBs), new convertible top, modern digital stereo, boot cover, very clean engine and trunk compartments. All in original paint. For now (and easily changed for a prospective buyer) we have chosen to leave the rubber bumpers on the car but, of course, we can perform a complete professional chrome bumper conversion. Which can also include elimination of the side lights. (also, for now, we have painted the bumpers in body color which, in our opinion, adds quite a lot to the overall look of the car. These later cars were far more sophisticated than early Bs, stronger transmission and back axles, far better electrical and cooling systems, better gauges, far more safety equipment, power assist disc brakes, electronic ignition, and they seem to drive and ride better. And with work we can offer both aesthetically and mechanically, we can provide a lovely classic for every day use.
