Photos to follow. Here is another lovely example of a truly great classic car that is still in a reasonable price range. For some reason TR6’s were considered a modern classic from the day they hit the new car showrooms. Many people consider the TR6 to be the best Triumph ever made. With a masculine and modern look along with Triumphs 2.5 liter in-line six cylinder engine the car was an instant success and became the best-selling Triumph in history. Power was rated at 106 horsepower at 4,500 rpm and 128 –lbs. Of torque at 3,000 rpm giving it a top speed of about 109 mph. Power was delivered through a 4-speed gearbox and an independent rear suspension. Something few British Sport cars had at the time. The restoration still looks very good and at a level you can be very proud to drive and or show if you desire. Everywhere you look, from the trunk to the engine bay and everything in between, the car looks Pretty darn nice. Wheels are great looking 15 x 5.5 inch with bright trim rings and center caps. Tyres are Michelin XWX’s 205x70 x VR 15’s. Finished in Saphire Blue with Parchment Piped in Black interior and Black Convertible top.
