The 1972 Chevrolet K10 is a four-wheel-drive pickup truck, specifically a 1/2-ton model, that was part of the Chevrolet C/K series. It's characterized by its sturdy build, capability, and recognizable design. The K designation signifies four-wheel drive, while the 10 denotes a 1/2-ton truck. The interior was finished with black, and the bench seat is trimmed in black vinyl with houndstooth cloth inserts. The woodgrain trim lines the dashboard and door panels, giving you that old school feel. The two-spoke steering wheel is mounted to a tilting column and frames a 100-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for amperage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. It's been fitted with a Custom Sound radio. Heat only, no AC. The six-digit odometer shows 29,751 miles. The truck was repainted prior to our consignor's purchase. It was finished in Brandywine with a pearl white top. Additional details include a woodgrain trim, tinted windows, dual side mirrors, sliding rear window, polished exhaust, and chrome bumpers. The bed was fully rhino lined. The 15 Rally wheels wear chrome rings and center caps and are mounted to 35x12.50 BFGoodrich All-Terrian T/A tires (DOT 2023). The truck has a 4 suspension lift, power steering, and manual locking front hubs. Braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The 350ci V8 was factory rated at 175 HP and 290 lb.-ft of torque. Power is routed to the wheels through a three-speed turbo hydramatic automatic transmission, a dual range transfer case, and a rear axle with 3.73:1 gears. Flowmaster mufflers were added in 2024.
