(Stock # 4445) The 280SL was the last of the highly desirable and increasingly collectible “Pagoda” SL Series which was introduced by Mercedes-Benz in 1964 with the 230SL and ended in 1971 with the 280SL. Our car is a “Holy Grail” -type example of the series. We purchased the car 23 years ago, then with 37,015 miles, from its original local owner.
