New Arrival !! Cash Only ( financing not available ) - If the ad is up, it's still available - Same owner for the past two decades - Low mile 1972 440ci installed 5yrs ago - 727 automatic trans - 3.23 gears - AC ( needs recharge ) - Fender Tag - VIN # CL23G66248151 Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYuBuk5h6_s Bought by its current owner back in 2016, who is a MOPAR enthusiast and collector. He installed a low mile 1972 440ci V8 / 727 Trans combo a couple of years after purchasing. Getting up there in age and downsizing, he decided to let this Imperial to enjoyed with a new owner. Paint is very nice driver quality and shows well for cruise nights / car shows. Upon close inspection, there is some minor bubbling near the wheel wells / rockers. Undercarriage, floors, trunk pan, firewall and rear decklid are very solid. Trim and brightwork in good shape, but some pieces upon close inspection do show age / pitting. Glass is also in good shape. Signals- including fender markers, lights all work. Doors lock / unlock with keys. Very nice body gaps, opening / closing of hood, trunk and doors. Doors open / close with no sagging - nice and solid ! Driver's door does not hold in place when open ? All windows roll up and down, although driver and passenger windows need to re-aligned. Working wipers. Although not documented, the odometer reads 23k miles and the owner believes it to be real miles. That being said, seat covers in good shape, along with door panels, headliner, package tray and most interior trim. Dash pad does have a crack, carpet shows age , wear and a burn hole. Working gauges, except gas gauge. Working HVAC controls, although AC could use a recharge. Car came with the upgraded sound system and was told it sounds amazing- I didn't know how to turn it on ( lol ) ? Column shifter engages easily , but does take a second for gear to engage when first started being cold- after driving a few times and car is warmed up, gear engagement ( Drive / Reverse ) is no issue. Mild 1972 440ci V8 starts right up with no issues, strange noises or strange smells. 727 Automatic Transmission shifts great. Car does have manual drum brakes, that work as good as that set-up would be, so don't recommend triple digit spirited driving with sudden stops. Tires in great shape fitted to a nice set of torq thrust wheels. If you're looking for something different and great, turn-key cruiser- you found your next ride !!
