Used 1962 Chevrolet Corvette

This is a BEAUTIFUL example of a NUMBERS MATCHING C1 1962 Chevrolet Corvette 327 4-speed. This Ermine White over red interior C1 comes from the warm and dry climate of Arizona. Vehicle offers BOTH color matched hard top and a white soft top. This C1 Corvette has gone through a frame up restoration with documentation showing the work performed. The 327-engine block was board and sleeved to factory specifications, forged crankshaft, KB forged pistons, “Fuellie” heads with new valves, lifters, springs, guides, hardened exhaust seats and perfect circle seals, finished with an aluminized exhaust system. The engine was fitted with factory new old stock parts except the generator, and Pertronics electronic ignition. Suspension front and rear as well as all steering components have been refreshed or rebuilt. Brakes have been rebuilt including stainless steel brake lines, rebuilt hydraulics, and D.O.T 5 Silicone Brake fluid. As you see the interior did not suffer on the same attention to detail and quality of this restoration. All new glass correctly marked and dated were installed followed by a new dash pad, door panels, carpet, and a new soft top. The original Wonderbar radio still works but will require a new stock speaker. The fiberglass body received a new 2-stage Urethane paint job in the original Ermine White factory paint color. Since restoration has completed the vehicle as been loved and driven approximately 8,000 miles and has taken home an impressive 34 trophies and wall plaques from various car shows. Including, City of Chicago “Cars On The Drive” First Place Silver Cup, and First Place Silver Plate. Chevy Vettefest Bow Tie Boulevard 2 Gold Awards. The drive is just as beautiful as it looks and will impress even the most astute Corvette enthusiast.
